The Hogan Assessments have been used by over 60% of the organizations on the Fortune 500 to predict job performance by assessing normal personality, derailment characteristics, core values, and cognitive reasoning ability.

Another strength of the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series is that it explicitly measures what happens to the leader’s behavior under severe pressure, severe fatigue or if the leader does not monitor his behavior sufficiently.These measurements can be very impactful, because it gives the leader insight into, for example, his potentially dysfunctional behavior and how he can anticipate on this.
LEADERSHIP FORECAST SERIES REPORTS
THE POTENTIAL REPORT outlines a leader’s day-to-day leadership style, including behavioral descriptions, leadership competencies, and comprehensive development recommendations. THE VALUES REPORT explores a person’s core values and goals that ultimately drive a leader’s behavior, aspirations and expectations about life. What a person values determines how he/she will lead; this determines the kind of environment a leader will create and the sort of organizational culture the person will do the best work.

THE SUMMARY REPORT is written about the participant presenting to others an overview of a candidates strengths, challenges and values. The reports integrates the information from the Potential, Challenge and Values to provide a snapshot of interpersonal performance and values in relation to future career aspirations.
